If something's wrong with your order, such as a damaged item, wrong size, or wrong item received, contact us within 14 days of delivery at poetryonfire25@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Most merchandise is printed on demand specifically for your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns for a simple change of mind or incorrect size selection made at checkout, unless the item itself is defective.
Email us with your order number and a description (and photo, if the item is damaged or misprinted). We'll respond within a few business days with next steps.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
